Apple has rolled out their new  Mac Book Air at the WWDC 2013. Mac Book Air is a very popular ultra thin Mac Book that runs on OS X or Windows and is available today through Apple Online Store , Apple retail stores and Authorized re-sellers.

What would you expect of the new Mac Book ?

Well obliviously it's spec seems to be as solid as their expectation. The new Mac Book Air come in both 13-inch and  11-inch. Both the Mac Book Air 11-inch and Mac Book 13-inch is powered with  Intel Core i5 (1.3 GHz Dual-Core  Turbo Boost up to 2.6 GHz  & 3 MB L3 Cache) or  i7 (1.7 GHz , Turbo Boost up to 3.3 GHz with 4 MB L3 Cache ) processors. The Mac Book  Air 11-ich weigh about 2.38 pounds (1.08 kg) and  13-inch version about 2.96 pounds (1.35 kg).

Both  device comes with LED-backlight glossy widescreen display with support for millions of colors. The  11-inch version support resolution up to 1366 x 768 pixel at accept ratio of 16:9 and the 13-ich version support resolution up to 1440 x 900 pixel.

In the box the device comes with 45 W Magsafe 2 Power Adapter, AC wall plug, and power cord, printed and electronic documents. The storage varies  from up to 128 GB to 256 GB  of  Falsh  storage. The  256 GB version is configurable to 515 GB flash storage if  you are looking for more storage. The Mac Book Air support RAM  up to 8 GB (1600 MHz LPDDR3). Both device comes with 720p Face Time HD camera which support good quality video capture.

 MacBook Air 11-ich support a battery life of 9 hours  and up to 30 days standby and 13-ich version support up to 12 hours of battery backup.

Due to it's compact all-flash storage in MacBook Air, there's  plenty of room for a big battery. Working together with new power-efficient Intel core architecture, this battery can post some impressive numbers. now the 13-inch model gets up to 12 hours of battery life on a single charge and the 11-inch model gets up to 9 hours.  That gives you all-day  power for word processing, presentations, email, and more. And if you're watching iTunes movies, you get up to 10 hours of playback time on the 13-inch model and 8 hours on the 11-inch. Put MacBook Air to sleep for more than 3 hours and it will enter the standby mode to conserve battery life up to 30 days. And if you enable power nap , you'll continue to receive new email and calendar invitations while your computer is asleep.

MacBook Air now supports ultra-fast 802.22 ac Wi-Fi. When connected to an 802.11 ac base station-including the new AirPort Extreme and AirPort Time Capsule-wireless performance is up to 3x faster than with previous generation of MacBook air. And your Wi-fi range improves as well. With Bluetooth technology, you can connect  MacBook Air to Bluetooth-enabled devices like speakers and headphones. Even without all wires, you're  totally connected.










A high-speed Thunderbolt port and two USB 3 ports allow MacBook Air to transfer data at lightning-fast speeds and connect to display like the Apple Thunderbolt Display. So with a few connections, you turn a highly portable notebook into a highly versatile workstation.











Parts of what makes macBook Air so responsive is that it's designed entirely around flash storage. Not only does this make MacBook Air much lighter and more portable than traditional notebooks, it also provides faster access to data. DUAL MICS :  The dual microphones in  MacBook Air are great for when you want to be heard . If you're making a faceTime call , for example, the notebook. And when you use Dictation, they create an adaptive audio beam that intelligently adjust to detect your voice- instead of the noise around you.


The Multi-Touch gesture in OS X makes everything you do on MacBook Air intuitive, direct and fun.
