 Another week , Another launch date for ipad mini. Accordin to AllThingsSD, Apple is likely to unveil the ipad mini at special event to be held on october 23. Earlier this month  a report  in Fortune had indicated that Apple will launch the ipad mini at an event to be held on october 17, invitation for which will be sent by october 10. The date came and went and as you're awre no one recived any invitations.
